Yard Debris / Drop Box Services

Four Seasons Yard Debris service is available to homeowners one Saturday a month throughout the year, except January. This opportunity, offered to supplement the weekly yard debris pick-up provided by Waste Management and to encourage the ongoing upkeep and appearance of individual properties, is funded by the annual assessment paid by each homeowner. It is a separate budget item from common area maintenance. Members must be current in their annual dues assessment in order to participate.

Currently, Monaghan Landscape Maintenance, Inc. provides the manpower and equipment to chip, dispose, and clean up yard debris brought to the various monthly locations.

July Junk Drop Box Event

(Does not include yard debris)

Four Seasons Homeowners Association and the City of Beaverton promote recycling for all materials that can avoid a final destination in our landfills. The City provides a valuable brochure “Beaverton Recycles!” which guides our efforts in Four Seasons.
We are fortunate to be located close to Far West Fibers’ Denney Road Depot near Highway 217 (503-643-9944) that is open year round to receive recyclables including appliances and electronics. Metro sponsors free hazardous waste Roundup collections that are announced in Four Seasons’ newsletters when the location is close and convenient.
