FOUR SEASONS POOL FACILITIES
2011 Key Distribution
Pool keys will be available for pick-up to homeowners who have paid all applicable HOA dues (see the section regarding keys from the pool rules below). Only the owner/renter resident will be allowed to pick up the key.
Paperwork to complete:
* You will be required to indicate (by signature) that you have read and will abide by the pool rules.
* Complete a pool registration form for you and any family members.
Keys will be available for distribution as follows:
Each Saturday and Sunday in May at the pool from 11 am – 1 pm. Alternatively, please call James at 971-732-6695 to schedule a pick-up time. In either case, please bring a photo ID with your Four Seasons home address along with a check made out to Four Seasons HOA if you have not already paid pool/spa use. Homeowners can also pay their pool dues by mailing a check to Four Seasons HOA, PO Box 2105, Beaverton, OR 97075.
Sections from the pool facility rules:
An initial membership fee, a one-time charge to each homeowner, covers the family's share of major maintenance and improvements to the pool facilities. There are two types of annual membership dues: one for use of all pool facilities; the other for use of only the adult swimming pool and spa pool. (See Current Dues and Fee Information.) Annual membership entitles each family the use of one key which all family members and their guests share. New keys are issued each year for the opening of the pool facilities if the homeowner has paid the year's Four Seasons Homeowners' Association dues, their initial membership fee, and the annual pool membership fee. Keys may not be duplicated. The replacement cost for a lost key is $25.
A two-week guest pass may be purchased by a homeowner who has paid the initial membership fee, but no longer wants to participate as an annual member. When payment and registration are complete, a key is issued with the pass for the specified two week period. The resident family and up to four guests may use the pool facilities at any one time. Guests must be accompanied by an adult occupant of the home. At the end of the two weeks, the key and pass are surrendered and pool facility privileges are ended. Make requests to the Pool Director at least one week in advance.
